  • Refund and Cancellation Policy
    This refund and cancellation policy outlines how you can cancel or seek a refund for a service that you have purchased through the Platform. In case of refund approval, it will take 3-5 business days for the refund to be credited to the original payment method.
  • 48 hours or Earlier than check-in time
    Full refund minus the payment gateway charges (if any) will be refunded.
  • Within 48 - 24 hours of check-in time
    75% of the booking amount minus the payment gateway charges (if any) will be refunded.
  • Within 24 hours of check-in time
    50% of the booking amount minus the payment gateway charges (if any) will be refunded.
  • No show
    No refunds are available.

  • Confirmation
    Confirmed Bookings will receive Emails and Whatsapp messages after a successful Payment
  • Guest Eligibility
    Primary guest must be 18+ with valid government ID.
  • Third-Party Bookings
    Follow platform-specific policies for Airbnb/Booking.com reservations.

  • Standard Times
    Check-In: After 2:00 PM | Check-Out: Before 12:00 PM
  • Late Check-Out
    ₹500/hour penalty after 12:00 PM without prior notice
  • Early Check-In
    Subject to availability, request in advance

  • Methods
    Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Bank Transfers accepted
  • Currency
    All transactions in INR

  • Smoking
    Strictly prohibited indoors. Outdoor areas available
  • Pets
    Allowed with prior approval. Follow Pet Rules.
  • Noise
    Quiet hours: 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM
  • Damages
    Report immediately. Charges apply for unreported damages
