  • a. What time can I check-in and check-out?
    Standard check-in time is after 2:00 PM and check-out before 12:00 PM. Kindly note that failing to check-out before 12:00 PM without prior notice will lead to penalty of Rs. 500 per hour.
  • b. Do you allow early check in and late check-out?
    We honor requests for early check-in and late check-out, but it is subjected to availability and confirmation.
  • c. Can I bring my pet inside the hotel?
    Yes, we welcome all our furry friends but ask the guests to adhere and follow the Pet Policies strictly to avoid any penalties.
  • d. Do I have to clean the property?
    Yes, we expect our guests to keep the property neat and clean like how it was received. If anything has been damaged, they need to report it immideately.

  • a. Can I book on someone else’s behalf?
    Yes, you can book on behalf of someone else. We request our guests to provide a valid government issued ID proof for everyone who stays at the property
  • b. Does the online rate include breakfast?
    No, unfortunately we do not provide any breakfast options at the property. There are a plently of Restaurents available within a walking distance and our guests could also use Delivery services such as Swiggy or Zomato to get the food delivered. If required, our guests could also use our fully equipped kitchen to cook any meal but restricted only to veg.
  • c. What are the cancellation policy?
    Cancellations earlier than 48 hours of check-in time => full refund minus the Payment Gateway charges (if any).
    Cancellations between 48-24 hours of check-in time => 75% refund minus the Payment Gateway charges (if any).
    Cancellations within 24 hours of check-in time => 50% refund minus the Payment Gateway charges (if any).
    No show within check-in time => No refunds are available.

  • a. Are smoking rooms available?
    We are sorry, but our property is a Non-smoking area.
  • b. Can I change my room type upon check-in?
    Yes, if you have booked a Non-AC room and want to upgrade it to AC room, we could do it at the property once you pay the difference amount.
  • c. Are guests allowed in the hotel room?
    Guests are allowed to visit the property. However, for overnight stays, only the registered guests can stay.

    Yes, we have a free unlimited, fast speed Wifi connection that our guests can use while at the property.

    Yes, the property comes with a Washing Machine.

    We have a fully equipped kitchen that comes along with basic amenities like Coffee powder, Tea powder, Sugar, Salt, Plates, Spoons, A Pressure Cooker, Fry Pan, Tawa. Guests are responsible to leave them neat and clean, if used.
